TUTORIAL REGISTRATION

The Tutorials will be held from 08:45 to 16:00 on July 23 in the Campus downtown at the University of Caen Normandy.

Two hundreds participants already registered for the Tutorials for free. In order to ensure the balance of the conference, reduced fees are now applied to access the Tutorials:

Basic fees including access to lecture hall, lunch, coffee breaks: 20€
Bus transportation to Deauville after the tutorial: 8€

All prices in Euros, VAT included (20% French VAT). The supplement for credit card payment or bank transfer will be charged to the participant.
Note that for the ICPEAC 2019, Young Scientists will be charged as Regular participants but as for Students, they will have the opportunity to apply for a financial support.

Both Regular and Student registration fees include access to the lecture halls, poster sessions, exhibitions and Public Lectures; coffee and beverage breaks; internet access; a printed conference handbook, an online access to the full conference program and to the book of abstracts; the Welcome Reception on 23 July; the possibility of booking ticket to the Conference Dinner on 29 July; plus the optional weekend excursions. Students are requested to upload a copy of their valid student ID.

The Accompanying Person fees include the Welcome Reception on 23 July; access to the Public Lectures; coffee breaks and internet connection; the possibility of booking ticket to the Conference Dinner on 29 July; plus optional daily tours and excursions.

REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT

You can apply to request for financial support.
Note that our general policy is to primarily help young researchers and students to attend the conference by waiving their registration fees. Participants from developing regions will be considered on our list of priorities. Applications should be submitted to chairs@icpeac2019.fr before 1 March, 2019 and all requesters will get a reply by 15 April, 2019 (for details on the application please refer to the ICPEAC2019 Website).

> Students and Young Scientists must submit the application stating their citizenship, affiliation, personal data and the amount of support requested. The application must be accompanied by a recommendation letter from the student's supervisor or the head of the department.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend ICPEAC XXXI after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at icpeac2019@inviteo.fr

- Cancellations until 17 May 2019: 50€ for administrative fees
- Cancellations from 18 May to 22 June 2019: 50% penalty
- Cancellations after 22 June 2019: no refund - 100% penalty

Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
Substitutes from the same institution are accepted with written approval by the original registrant and with an administrative charge of 30€.

Refunds will be made in the following ways:
- For payments received by credit cards, the same credit card will be refunded.
- For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made, all bank charges will be for the registrants account in addition of the administrative charges.

DATA PROCESSING (GDPR)

The information entered into this registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for the Institut des Nanosciences de Paris (INSP) - Sorbonne Université in order to manage the logistic organisation of the XXXIst International Conference on Photonic, Electronic, and Atomic Collisions.

The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following suppliers of ICPEAC 2019:
